How can you tell just what a pen knows?
You put it to paper and out from it flows
Words that can injure, or heal, or persuade,
An oath, or a vision, or promises made,
Phrases that comfort, declarations of love,
A cry from beneath, a song from above,
Expressions of joy, of hope, or distress,
Commendation of virtue, or sins to confess,
Reflections of yesterday, plans for tomorrow,
Reasons for happiness, causes of sorrow,
Documentations and planned presentations,
Books filled with adventure and imaginations.
All a pen knows one could never think.
It just flows and it flows 'til it runs out of ink.
